This program was piloted within correctional services working with prisoners who were on remand or about to be released and had been identified as having little to no supports in place upon release. This put them in a high risk of self harm category as they potentially had no housing, financial or social support. We worked one-on-one to provide them with information regarding mental health services, general practitioner information, support groups, housing, local bus and public transport routes for the regions they were to be released to.
