Simone Conboy - Director


Simone completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science in 2010 from the University of South Australia. Simone has augmented this degree with a Certificate 4 in fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness which provides the ability to combine nutrition and fitness for a more holistic health program.

After graduating, Simone has worked in the Health, Corrections and Education sectors for over 5 years designing, implemting and evaluating health programs. Simone coordinated the national indigenous tobacco control program for South Australia Country Health in the Riverland, Mallee Coorong, South East, Adelaide Hills, Southern Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island. The program purpose was to reduce the tobacco uptake and increase the tobacco cessation amongst indigenous populations. The program achieved the following award nominations:

  • Finalist for Premier's Our Community Award from SA Health for Chronic Disease Prevention and Education Program - 2014
  • Finalist for Consumer, Carer and Community Participation Award from SA Health for Nunga Lunches - 2013

Mary-Lou Griffiths - Director


Mary-Lou completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of South Australia in 2008. Having also completed her upgraded Certificate IV Trainer and Assessor in 2013 and becoming a Master Trainer in the Stanford University Chronic Disease Management Program and Living Improvements For Everyone (LIFE) in 2012, Mary-Lou has a wide range of skills and abilities to design and deliver solutions for many organisations.

Mary-Lou has a wealth of experience in working in Employment, Education and Health sectors working in Government, Not for Profits and the private sector. She has presented at National Conferences with over 800 delegates in attendance in a variety of subjects, was the sole representative for South Australia as a member of the Dept Employment and Workplace Relations IT Reference Group for 4 years, holding the role of Deputy Chair for her final year as a representative. Assisted National DEWR s IT staff with testing and feed back around usage and design for their National IT Platform build 2006.

Mary-Lou has also delivered business consulting for small to medium sized businesses, particularly around employee contracts, policies and procedures, change management, performance reviews and development as well as delivering short training courses around difficult conversations, intro to change management, mentoring and a variety of other purpose built training sessions to address organisational needs.

Mary-Lou has most recently worked in the health sector for the past 5 years, working particularly in the area of Indigenous Health. Starting in a role of auditing chronic disease management utilising the Menzies Health One 21 Seventy purpose built chronic disease management program, she then moved into the role of Manager of the Aboriginal Primary Health Care Unit and picking up Management of the Tackling Indigenous Smoking Program. During her tenure she has also performed the roles of Acting Community Health Manager and Acting Regional Community Health Manager. Achievements during this time were to become finalists in the SA Health Awards in both 2013 and 2014 and also being recognised personally for our work with the Department of Corrections (in particular Mobilong Prison) - Community Partnership Award 2016.

Mary-Lou throughout her career has worked with Adelaide United, Port Power and most recently the Adelaide 36ers to design an deliver a range of innovative solutions for various organisational needs and programs. Skilled at Project Management, Event Design, Planning, Delivery and Management as well as activities in order to deliver a re-branding launch for a previous employer, she has a wide variety of in-depth skills and abilities and prides herself in finding innovative approaches to address a wide range of organisational issues that many employers currently face.
